Hungry Hungry Hippos Gets Real

You just need a hardwood floor, some balls (ideally a sackful of ball-pit balls, but other objects like piles of stuffy’s or large “lego” bricks will do), a few landry baskets, and blankets. Each team has one ‘pusher/puller’ and one ‘grabber’. Place the balls in the middle of the floor, and the teams on opposing sides compete to retrieve the most balls, with the pusher/puller holding their partners legs and sliding them back and forth across the floor on the blanket. The grabber snags as many balls as they can with the laundry basket and drags them back to their side. Repeat until all balls are collected or participants are overcome by laughter.
AMP IT UP: Substitute the hardwood floor for a soapy tarp on the lawn for summertime wet and wild fun.
