Fire Rain
Using a stick, hold a plastic milk jug (the frosted translucent ones marked HDPE plastic) over the fire. As the plastic burns, flaming drips will sound and look just like a Star Wars photon cannon. A heavy duty black trash bag wrapped tightly around the stick will produce the same effect.
